FEATURED RECIPE:

Ginger Beef & Shiitake Mushrooms
INGREDIENTS:
Lean Ground Beef: 1/2 lb.
Ji cama or Water Chestnuts (Chopped into small cubes): 1/3 cup
Shitake Mushrooms (Chopped into small cubes): 1/3 cup
Light Soy Sauce: 2 tbsp.
Fresh Ginger, Thinly Sliced Strips: 1 tbsp.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mix ground beef, chopped Ji cama or water chestnuts and shitake mushrooms together and place in shallow dish bowl (see picture).
 2. Flatten mixture in the dish bowl.
3. Sprinkle the ginger strips on top of the meat mixture and add the 2 tbsp of soy sauce.
4. Steam mixture on medium heat for 10 minutes or until meat is cooked.
